Week Eight Text Blog Entry Six -Domestic News Headlines Draft 2

I read a Newspaper article about a new drug for multiple miscarriages. Here is a link to this article from the NZ Herald.
An Auckland couple had their first baby after many miscarriages. They had been trying to have a baby for six years, and Noemi Capunitan, the baby’s mother had three miscarriages. A study was taken in England, Scotland and New Zealand to examine a mixture of aspirin and heparin, anti-blood-clotting agent. This can be a treatment for women who have two or more repeated pregnancy losses.

There are five New Zealand women taking the drug, and two of them, including Mrs Capunitan have, successfully given birth. The other three are already passed the risk period and expecting for good result, said Dr Claire Mclintock of Auckland University’s facility of medical and health science.
Finally, Mrs Capunitan had a healthy 3.03kg baby called Isabella on October 31, and now she is six month old.
There are 61 verb forms in the active voice and 11 verb forms in the passive voice in this article. There are three verb forms used as present passive forms, three simple past passive forms and one modal or future passive form and also there is one passive infinitive form and three reduced passive forms.
